Service Description

Counsellors are not allowed to use zoom videos based on privacy concerns. Swetha will send you a TeleHealth Doxy Video link 2 or more days before your session. If anything came up in session that you want to talk about a bit more - references to different working modalities, other practitioners, or generalized questions. This isn't to go into another RCC session, but rather for clarity about anything that came up in session for you. -- ABOUT SWETHA Swetha is a person-centered therapist and counsellor who believes in human potential. She approaches the therapeutic space from a variety of experiences gained through her personal and professional life. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC - BCACC), Registered Canadian Art Therapist (RCAT - CATA), and a Conflict Management practitioner, and a licensed Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner.  Swetha is a trained Bharata Natyam dancer (Indian classical dance), and has a passionate interest in Ayurveda, meditation, and indigenous therapeutic practices from Sri Lanka and India (South Asia). She has a keen interest in decolonizing therapeutic space and is continually striving to create safe places and practices through and within her work.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance for 1:1 bookings, and TWO MONTHS in advance for classes, workshops, and events.
