There is no rush.

Before You Begin
Every course is self-paced and includes lifetime access.
We encourage you to:
• Watch lessons in order.
• Complete the exercises before moving ahead.
• Keep a journal nearby.
• Return to lessons whenever something new unfolds.
• Trust your own pace rather than comparing yourself to others.
Learning isn't about getting to the end quickly—it's about building a strong foundation that will continue to support you for years to come.

Support When You Feel Vulnerable
This work can open you up emotionally and energetically. If at any point you feel vulnerable in the program, email or text me and ask for the Kuti’s. The Kuti’s are a protection ritual from the Q’uero people, an open tradition of shamanism that I teach through the I Love My Mesa program.
They are said to:

Ground and stabilize your energy
It often feels like a warm, heavy blanket, because you are held within the energetic anatomy of Apu Ausangate, the lineage mountain.

Program Timeline + Pace
If you are wondering how fast you can move through the programs:

The fastest I have seen someone complete the I Love My Mesa program is 1 year

The Psychic Training Program is newer, and no one has completed it yet, but my estimate is around 2 years
That said, there is no time limit on these courses. You have lifetime access.
You can move:

My only request is that you give yourself enough time to fully integrate each section before moving on. This work is layered, and integration is where the real transformation happens.
